Eligibility Requirements

Suncrest Park membership is limited and available only to qualifying properties and residents.

Eligibility is governed by the Suncrest Park Association By-Laws.

Who qualifies for membership?

Membership is available to property owners and residents within the designated Suncrest Park boundaries. Eligibility is based on property location and governed by the Suncrest Park Association By-Laws.

Property must be located within the approved Suncrest Park boundary.
Membership is tied to the property, not individuals.
Only one membership per qualifying property.
Membership is subject to availability and limited to 400 memberships.

Applications that do not meet eligibility requirements will not be processed.

Application Timing

When can I apply?

Renewals

Existing Class “A” memberships are processed in March.

New Applications

New Class “A” memberships are processed in April, based on availability.

Applications submitted before February 1 will not be processed and must be resubmitted.
